Lush Hacked??

Uhmmm, did anyone else get an email about Lush being hacked? I made an order months ago, but they're saying anyone who made an online order from October 4th-January 20th should call their banks "as your card details may of been compromised." What's that mean!? As far as I can see, my account is fine, but I don't know what good calling my bank will do. Anyone else affected???

    I got that e-mail too! Fortunately I ordered last month when they weren't affected. Good luck, sounds scary! x

    Yeah i got the same email. I rung my bank and explained what happened and they suggested i cancel my card and get a new one sent. So i have to wait 7-10 days for my new card now :|

    I've also seen a few people say that they've noticed money going missing from their account, so i suggest you try and cancel your card asap, just to be on the safe side.

    I ordered from the website earlier this month, but I always audit my checking account every week and I verified that they're all my purchases. Although, I didn't have much money in my account to begin with so maybe those hackers didn't bothered taking my money. Should I still call my bank and cancel my card too?

    @Danielle: I would, just to be safe! I didn't have any money taken from mine either but I cancelled just to be safe, because they could have your details and there's no knowing when they plan on using them.
