MeMeMe Coral vs Benefit Coralista

Hi ladies! Today I've got a comparison on MeMeMe Blush Me! in Coral and Benefit's Coralista boxed blush.

Availability: I purchased my MeMeMe blusher at Superdrug, and as far as I know, that's the only shop where MeMeMe is available, unless you purchase online. Benefit products can be found at select Boots and department stores with Benefit counters, and again, online. So both are pretty widely available. (ALTHOUGH, Benefit is found in both the UK and USA, while MeMeMe is only available in the UK)

Price: 24 pounds for Coralista vs 8.50 pounds for Coral. Obviously, the MeMeMe blusher is less expensive than the Benefit blusher.

Amount: You receive 12.0g (0.42 oz) of the Benefit blusher and £10.63 per 10g for the MeMeMe blusher so if I've done my math correctly, that's about 8 grams of product you're getting with the MeMeMe blusher.

Conclusion: So while both blushes are pretty widely available, (in the UK anyways) the Benefit product is more expensive, even with the fact that you receive more product taken into account.

BUT, are they even dupes??

Nope. As you can see, Coralista is far more shimmery and pink, and Coral is more orange. So it all really depends on what you're looking for. If you want a more orange based Coral, go with the MeMeMe blusher. If you want a more pink based coral, and are willing to shell out the extra money for the high end brand, get the Benefit blusher. But I must say, they seem to be pretty similar in terms of quality. So maybe if you do want a pinker blush, grab the pink one that MeMeMe sell? It's all about what you're willing to spend! =)

Hope this was helpful!

Small Haul!

So I lied, and spent more money, haha, but I just picked up some work hours for this year, so I figured I'd celebrate by spending the money I wasn't making yet, LOL. Good logic, eh?
At WH Smith I picked up this letter holder to use to store my eyeshadow palettes. Sadly, I could of done with two, since I can't fit them all in (poor Kat Von D and Sleek Palette) but it's a start!

It fits my two e.l.f palettes and my Naked palette.

Then I picked up these goodies from Superdrug. LOOK AT THE STICKY CRAP ALL OVER THEM. I finally managed to get most of it off after trying nail polish remover + hot water + elbow grease, but they're still a lil sticky. Wtf Superdrug? What's with that uber secure packaging? Lol. Not cool.

Revlon Lipgloss in Nude Lustre
Since my nude lipgloss from e.l.f disappointed me, I thought I'd try a different one. It's clearly not THAT nude of a color, but I didn't want a concealer lipgloss either, lol.

On me lips:

MeMeMe Beat The Blues in Moonbeam
Ever since I fell in love with the MeMeMe coral blush, I've been wanting to try out more of their items, including the highlighter.

Bourjois Blush in Rose D'or
I've heard good reviews on these blushes, and it looked too pretty to pass up.

Both the highlighter and blush on me:

Then I popped into Boots....hehe.

Natural Collection Moisture Shine Lipstick in Rose Petal
For a 2 pound lipstick, I'm impressed! It feels like a lip balm but with a tint. It's like a verrry nude pink, so I'm not sure I can pull it off without anything over it.

Soo I paired the lipstick with the Revlon lipgloss I got, and I think it's a good match!:

Simple Kind to Eyes Revitalising Eye-Roll On
My eyes always look a bit puffy when I'm forced up early, and since I've started back up uni and work (AKA early mornings) I figured I'd pick this up. I'll do a proper review on it in a couple weeks, once I've been using it and know properly if it works or not.

And that's all! Hehe. Naughty naughty.

Superdrug TINY haul!

While I was out, I really wanted to pop into Superdrug because I've never really looked at their makeup and I know they have some good quality stuff for cheap prices. Sooo I couldn't resist picking up a Sleek palette (cos of all the great reviews) and the MeMeMe blush because I think the boxes are adorable and a much cheaper alternative to Benefit, even if they're blatantly copying, haha. ALSO, they're currently at an introductory price of 6.49 as opposed to 7.99.

MeMeMe Blush Me! in Coral: 6.49
(I can only assume this is a dupe for Benefit's Coralista, but I don't actually own it, so I don't know)

I'm still new at this whole blush thing, lol, but I really like this product. Besides the adorable packaging, it's a nicely pigmented blush in a gorgeous color. The brush is nice, but a bit too wide for my taste, so I'll just stick to my own! Overall, I'd deffo recommend this product, and already want the others....hehe.

Sleek Divine (Original) Palette: 5.99
I've been wanting a Sleek palette for awhile, so of course it was the first thing I grabbed!

Bottom Row:
As you can see, the colors are shimmery, pigmented, and GORGEOUS. I am seriously in love with these colors, lol, especially the bottom row. When I swatched the pink color, I let out a little "Ooooh!" I didn't even use any primer when swatching them. I can't wait to use them!!! Hehe.

So that's it! What do you guys think of MeMeMe and Sleek!?
